Our Story
Josh grew up farming, I grew up with my fingers in the dirt, helping my cousin on their farm and dreaming of being a farmer. My luck struck when I met and fell in love with Josh.
After we got married we started dreaming of ways we could share our farm with our community around us. We loved the farm life, but we missed people. So we started a little produce stand and have been growing ever since!

Caitlyn Kurtz
I run the produce side of things and I will usually be the one you see when you visit our stand. I love farming, being outside, animals, beauty, growing things, and learning. I know I’m living my dream and I feel so blessed. I help Josh with the chickens and I love to work in the fields, especially at harvest! Spring and summer are extra busy for me as I keep up with the produce stand, garden and put up food for winter.

Josh Kurtz
Josh comes from a long line of farmers and it’s in his blood. As a kid, all he wanted to do when he got home from school was ride the combine or tractor with his dad. He has pursued farming as a career and has a passion for growing healthy plants and animals. He raises chickens for Tyson, raises beef and pork, and grows crops. He also runs operation sweet corn and helps with the bigger crops like strawberries, watermelon, and pumpkins.

Elliot King
Elliot King has worked on our farm to some degree for the last 8 years. He is a hard worker and a reliable caretaker of our farm when we're gone. We are so grateful for all his help!
He has recently started his own business, Delmarva Drone Deer Recovery, and uses a thermal drone to help hunters recover their deer. Make sure to holler at him if you see him!
