Strawberry Pie
1.Bake pie crust: prick with fork and line the crust with tin foil and a little plate. Bake at 375° for 8 min. Remove tin foil and bake 10 more min
2. 1 cup chopped strawberries packed in measuring cup, fill with water.
Combine 1 c sugar and 2 1/2 T cornstarch.
Mix strawberries and cornstarch mix and cook until thickened. Add 1/4 c strawberry jello gelatin. Set aside to cool
3. Mix 2 oz cream cheese, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 T powdered sugar, 1 tsp milk. Spread on bakked pie crust.
4. Stir 1-1 1/2 qt sliced strawberries into jello mix and pour into the crust.
Chill for several hours before serving. Serve with whipped cream on top if you want😍
